BitZipe is liable to collect and TEMPORARY store private identification user information in various formats on occasions when a user accesses the website, submits an order for mixing, fills in a form or contacts technical support, as well as in other cases.
If a user sees it necessary, they can voluntarily provide us with a name, e-mail address and information concerning used Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency addresses, for example, in case of issues or concerns addressed to our help desk. The provision of this data is not mandatory. We collect private identification user information only if such information is provided voluntarily. Users may choose to withhold private identification information.
Most of the private identification information collected by BitZipe is required to arrange Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency asset transfers and stay in compliance with state and federal laws, as well as meet the requirements set by search systems.
All information on a user's Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency addresses used to execute automated operations is DELETED following 7 days or right after the service has been delivered, that is once a user receives clean coins at specified Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency addresses. This period may be prolonged on a voluntary basis by a user by a time required for the settlement of various issues which a user may face.
BitZipe does not collect or has access to a user's logins/passwords to social media accounts or other online resources. When a user provides feedback on the service via a third-party system we cannot collect data from a social media profile unless given official permission via a standard protocol of a social media interface. A user can withhold this information.
NON PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE DATA
BitZipe DOES NOT collect non personally identifiable(non PII) data on visitors when they interact with our website. Non PII data may include but is not limited to a browser name, device type or information like an operating system, a smartphone model, an Internet access provider, a cellular service provider (CSP) and other similar information.
How we use collected information
BitZipe can collect and use private user data for the following purposes:
- Delivering services claimed by the platform within and not beyond the liabilities cited in a PGP-signed letter of guarantee. This applies to a user's Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency addresses. Once the services are delivered or a letter of guarantee expires all data is deleted unless prolonged by the user through a request to the help desk.
- For the help desk to reach out to users.
- Leveraging user feedback to improve the quality of our services.
- Processing transactions or consulting on service usage.
How we protect user information
BitZipe implements all due and necessary measures to protect your personal data in terms of its collection, storage, and processing. The service also takes security measures to prevent unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction of user information and transactional data. Sensitive information and private data exchange between the website and its users is accomplished via the secure SSL channel for communication and is encrypted.
Sharing personal information
We do not sell or disclose personal user information to third parties. Note that any transactions in the Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency network are publicly available and we have no power to take out any of them from the public ledger.
